    Teminal services are allowing only single connection. To override there

    are some patches, like

        http://www.kood.org/terminal-server-patch/ (not working for me)

        - this mode requires, the fast user switching to be being on and

        computer not belonging to any domain.

        - To run standalone applications, you need SeamlessRDP installed in

        C:\seamlessrdp:

            http://www.cendio.se/files/thinlinc/seamlessrdp/seamlessrdp.zip

        then you, teoretically, can start applications with

            rdesktop -A -s "c:\seamlessrdp\seamlessrdpshell.exe C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" <IP of VM>:3389 -u administrator -p password

        However, rdesktop 1.6 is failing to do that. I got crashes, complains

        and more-or-less random behavior (it could be better in Gnome or KDE

        window manager).

        

    There is commercial app, called 'WinConnect Server Xp'. It supports up to

    21 simultaneous connections. However, I don't know how to run standalone

    apps. 

        - you need to switch off fast user switching

        - probably you need autologon. The current version is only loading

        with user logging in.

        - command could look like:

            rdesktop -a 16 -g 1024x768 192.168.26.202 -u zeus -p zeus
