1.  WinCC 6.0SP4 have OPC XML-DA client (should be selected during installation).

    It is available with IIS under "/wincc-opc-xml/DAWebService.asmx".

    However, the GetStatus request works OK, but Browse requests are failing.

2.  WinCC Flexible 2005 - I have found some marks of OPC XML-DA support, but

    was not able to access it in any way. It looks like the XML-DA support

    switches on automatically on WinCE devices and is swiched off (without

    posibility to get on) on all other platforms.

    Regarding marks it should be accessible under: "/soap/OpcXml".

3.  Connectivity Pack - Provides OPC access to the database. Not useful.

4.  SIMATIC NET - Provides OPC access to different underlying devices. I was

    not able to configure it to work just with existing OPC server. Useless.
