    support. The "civilzed" world is formed by planets connected with farcaster

    into the continuous WorldWeb. There are 4 main groups Hegemony (civilized

    people), Technocore ("cooperating" with Hegemony and providing most of

    technologies including farcasters), ousters, Cult of Shrike.

    The book is reading well and cotains intersting ideas about organization of
 
10
    the world, etc. However, the ending is somehow cramped. The presentation of 
 
11
    time travel sounds alien to the text and the overall ideas is quite fuzzy if
 
12
    not missing...
